BeanBarry Delights Rock'n Roll Show
Concert for Colette The BeanBarry Delights

Sunday, June 4:
The BeanBarry Delights took a partying crowd on a blast to the past in an evening of Rockin' and Rollin'.

Seismologists on three continents pinpointed a geologic disturbance at the Burien Elks club.

The evening started out with the Gumbo Twins adding their Zydeco touch. A break for munchies. And finally the main event: Rock and Roll BeanBarry Delights style. If you missed it, you missed out.

Colette Gregg

We met Colette Gregg, wife of the BeanBarry Delights' own Gross Gregg. She has an inoperable brain tumor that leaves her wheelchair bound. She needs a ramp to her house, and ramps ain't Pianocheap, so the BeanBarry Delights christened their revival with this concert to raise money for the ramp, and raised over $7000!

A follow-up
The ramp was completed! Thank you to all who helped : )
BassPlay list included:
Great Balls of Fire
Sea Cruise
Yakety Yak
Blue Moon
I'm a Wanderer
Oh Donna
Chantilly Lace
See Ya Later Alligator
And lots, lots, more. I can't remember 'cause I was "supporting education" myself that night.

Some quotes after the concert:

"Man, those guys can really sing and play. I know they said they could sing and play..." - The Webmaster

"Sometimes I just closed my eyes and it was like hearing the bands that made these songs famous. Only louder." - The Webmaster's wife

"I believe it was during the piece 'Great Balls of Fire' that I became professionally concerned" - The Fire Marshall

"Woooooo-eeeeeee!!" - An "education supporter"

Suggestion for the souvenir stand:
Sell copies of Warren Pugh's hat . . . cooool
